In the project, 1+1 type, 126 units are organized in two linear blocks where each unit has a resembling orientation towards the sea. With such an organization, the eligible space in between these blocks is left for swimming facilities and social areas. The vertical linearity of these blocks is fractured through differentiation in block heights, while the horizontal linearity is disrupted with circulation cores. 

 

Wood, steel and concrete are chosen as the main construction elements and used both in the blocks and the landscape. The steel construction becomes visible the most at the horizontal circulation between housing unites at the back façade which are designed in section to create flexible micro-spaces for semi-public use.
