The Oba Perde , has been designed on two different levels . The main entrance is designed with two stories high and a floor garden to be a more dramatic . The floor garden is considered as an important element that increases the working quality . There two design decision have a functional role in seperating the program of the design  . The first level consist of open offices space and common executive eating areas . The second level consist of executive offices .

The use of oval and curved forms came to the fore in the plan layout with the referance the flexibility of the fabric .
