The building, located on one of the emerging districts in İstanbul, hosts multiple usages. The bottom part of the mass which is highlighted with material differentiation hosts cafes and restaurants whereas the upper part, highlighted with vertical linear elements, hosts housing and working programs.

Supporting program elements such as common meeting rooms, gathering areas and lobby are also provided in the building in order to create a sustainable introverted system.
