Located across the New Fair of İzmir, these two neighborhoods (around 1.000.000m2 of construction area) were transformed along a main and secondary green axes.

In the project, the housing units were designed under three groups; high, medium and low density. The combination of these housing units are varied according to the hierarchy of densities which were distributed in the site within proximity parameters.
