The main concern in the design is to divide the private areas and the common area where the users will spend most of their time. The common area has been located along the side to have maximum mountain view, whereas the private areas are located in a more compact composition.

With the recession of the south façade, a buffer zone has been created which gives flexibility to the usage of the common areas throughout the year. This space is also important in terms of climatization of the common areas. In summer, it works as a solar-shade and protects the interior space from excessive heating whereas in winter it allows the sun which is in a more horizontal position and therefore the interior space is heated naturally.
