The overloading construction area became one of the biggest constraints of the design. The demand for equal orientation of Prince Islands make it impossible for us to modify the mass.

As a result, the main façade facing the Islands became quite monotonous with almost a square-ratio. By the help of steel façade profiles such monotony is modified. The areas wrapped/surrounded with these profiles create ruptures on the surfaces, also producing variety on terrace faces.
