The building derives its form mainly from the shape of the project site. 14 different housing typologies are located on different levels with 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 plan schemes.  Differentiation in the plan layouts affects the façade and give dynamism to it. The slabs are projected to enhance the horizontal impact and the surface in between are fragmented on a vertical grid by using different materials.
