The mass can be read as two contrast boxes where the first one is the transparent box at the ground level and the second; the solid box which has been designed as the housing unit. 

 

The solid box has been fragmented and the voids have been created through such fragmentation. 

 

In the plan scheme, the housing units have been organized around an interior patio in order to achieve maximum efficiency from the façade.
