Designed on a site with 14mt level difference, the residence has been designed on four different levels and as two masses. The main mass consists of living area and bedrooms. The living area at the middle level divides two private zones as the upper level is assigned as master bedroom and its additional facilities, whereas the pool level bedrooms belong to teenage children of the family. The second mass is a guest zone together with a closed car park at the lowest level. Its roof provides an open terrace for the living area which has been considered as a semi-open living room of the house.
