Lalani Villas
The Lalani Villas project marks Ofisvesaire’s fourth residential development in Uganda, continuing the team's exploration of region-specific residential typologies. Designed for a private Ugandan client, the project consists of seven luxury villas thoughtfully arranged within a gated compound.
Unlike previous multi-unit projects, Lalani Villas focuses on the creation of individual homes that balance privacy, comfort, and a strong connection with nature. Each villa is positioned to maximize natural light, cross-ventilation, and private outdoor spaces, offering a serene living environment within an urban context.
Architecturally, the villas follow a contemporary language, combining local materials with modern forms. Open-plan interiors, generous terraces, and integrated gardens create a fluid dialogue between indoor and outdoor living. Carefully considered landscaping and private pools enhance the sense of retreat within each plot.
Through a focus on spatial quality, privacy, and a connection to nature, the Lalani Villas project aims to redefine luxury living standards for the region, blending contemporary design with local sensibilities.
